All Golf Services, LLC is a results driven organization dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to golfers. Our management team has extensive golf operations and sales/marketing experience. We offer our partner courses promotional and marketing solutions that fit their business needs. Our professionally trained staff strives to create lasting golf memories through outstanding customer service.


Professional Staff


Steve Phillips, PGA                                    Owner/Operator

Steve began his golf career at an early age in beautiful South Florida. His passion for growing the game became evident through his golf instruction and his business experience as a golf sales/marketing expert, then later as a Head Golf Professional. Steve's military background as a Naval Officer has instilled a drive to succeed and discipline to work hard everyday! Steve brings an outside of the box approach toward growing your golf business.

A graduate of Flagler College, Steve specialized in Communications (Journalism, Public Relations & Marketing) and Business Administration.


 

Jonathan M. Mostyn
 Owner/Operator

Jonathan is an experienced golf industry business professional with nearly 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Jonathan takes great pride in the training of our staff - he teaches and creates new sales and marketing techniques that we implement daily for our partners.

As the second founding member of AGS, Jonathan brings great sales experience through his various awards in roles throughout his career.

Jonathan's time spent as a golf retail facility owner/operator has led him to grow his knowledge of industry trends and expand upon his management experience.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of South Florida, also specializing in Communications and Business Administration.

All Golf Services provides professionally trained staff for your facility. Our photographers, hole officials and marketing representatives are uniformed and provide exceptional customer service!

All of our staff members are educated on golf etiquette and rules so they deliver quality service consistently!
